This is an opportunity that will provide a Peds Dentist a secure and prosperous future. The large office is completely designed for kids. Every room has it’s own theme with mounted TV and has the latest in technology. The experienced, devoted and compassionate staff ensures each patient will have the best care and enjoyable experience. This busy practice needs an associate that is confident in their skills and can treat a lot of patients. The practice is booked out 4 to 6 weeks for restorative and the active recall is booked out 6 to 7 months. OR cases are done at a nearby hospital once a week doing 4 to 5 cases.
Compensation
Guaranteed base of $1000 per day for the first 6 months. 30% of collections paid on EVERYTHING including Hygiene production. sealants, prophies, exams, fluoride treatments, x-rays, restorative, OR cases and nitrous.

Job Description

The large practice receives over 200 new patients a month and “is the practice to go to in the community”. The beautiful, kid friendly large office provides all facets of Pediatric Dentistry with in-office IV sedation, the latest in technology and expanded duties staff. OR cases are completed at the nearby hospital.
Compensation:
Guaranteed base salary of $250,000, plus 35% of collections on everything the associate and their assistants produce and patient exams and xrays from hygiene production.
Associates earn more than $400,000 annually.
