Well established and respected, 2 location Pediatric dental practice is looking for a full or part time associate to join their fun and themed dental practice. Both locations have all updated technology, digital x ray, in-office IV sedation, laser frenectomy, interceptive orthodontics, preventative and trauma care. This practice receives 5-star ratings every year due to their long-term and experienced staff that are trained and are sensitive to working with children and their parents. Both locations have a mix of FFS and private insurance and are located in one of the fastest growing cities in Arizona and US. The practice is highly respected among pediatricians and GPs because of the owners’ excellent quality of care that is provided in both locations.

Compensation:

Guaranteed base- $1200 per day or 30% of collections whichever is greater.  30% is paid on EVERYTHING including hygiene production. Past associates have made over $300,000 a year.
