Coastal Virginia Associate Opportunity
Enjoy the warm weather and great outdoors of Virginia where you can be in the mountains or beaches within a short car drive. The area is full of incredible historic homes and buildings. Experience the architecture of over 200 historic 18th and 19th-century homes and historic landmarks. The streets are lined with delicious chef-owned restaurants featuring cuisine from around the world. You can relax at several of the waterfront bars and grills for fresh-caught seafood while listening to live music.

The Peds owner has 8 busy Pediatric dental practices and needs a full or part time Peds associate. All locations have updated technology, full experienced staff and a fun kid-friendly environment. The associate will be working in 2 locations that are close to each other so no commuting is necessary.

Compensation
Guaranteed base of $1000 per day or more based on experience. The associate will be paid monthly bonuses based on collections on everything Including hygiene production that the associate oversees. Most associates are making over $300,000 working 4 days a week. OR cases are done at the practice’s own surgery center with a dental anesthesiologist and RN.

A sign-on bonus of $10,000 paid over a 12 month period is also being offered.
