Job Description

This five location Pediatric Dental practice needs a new associate to join their fun and busy offices. The well- established offices are booked out three months for restorative and have an active recall system in place. All offices use updated technology, have an outstanding well trained staff and each location provides a fun and entertaining atmosphere for their young patients. The patient base includes mostly insurance (80%) and very little Medicaid (15%). The practice offers in-office IV sedation using an anesthesiologist and OR cases are done at a nearby hospital.

Compensation
Guaranteed Base of $1000 per day or 35% of collections whichever is greater. Past Associates have made over $285,000 a year.
