Well-established and busy Pediatric and Orthodontic Practice are looking for another Pediatric dentist to join their team. The beautiful themed office with all updated technology and highly skilled staff of hygienists, dental assistants and welcoming receptionists are ready to make you successful. The practice offers in-office IV sedation using an anesthesiologist and OR cases are done at a nearby hospital. The patient base is a mix of Medicaid, insurance and fee for service.

Compensation:
Guaranteed base of $1,000 to $1200 per day depending on experience or 40% of collections on restorative, sealants, IV sedation, nitrous charges, patient exams and OR cases and 15% on hygiene production including prophies and x-rays. Associates are making over $350,000 a year.
There is a $25,000 bonus.
