Amazing opportunity to join a well-established Peds and Ortho practice that has a great team of staff and an excellent reputation in the community. With an emphasis on high quality care and compassion for its patients, the practice is warm and inviting, paperless and implements the best materials and technology to ensure a comfortable experience.  The practice provides all pediatric dental services- prevention, restorative, emergency care, oral sedation and several general anesthesia days per month. The practice has a mix of FFS, private insurance and Medicaid. The practice has an abundance of patients with efficient and organized systems in place to help associates succeed.   The current doctor is working Monday through Thursday but there is an option to add Fridays as well if desired.

Compensation:

Guaranteed base of $1200 to $1400 based on experience.
Associates are paid on everything that is done in the office including hygiene production.
Income potential of over $500,000.
