The long-term current associate is moving closer to family due to parent’s health concerns. This is a thriving, high collecting practice with long-term and highly skilled staff.

Compensation:

Guaranteed Base Salary- $250,000 or the greater of 35% of collections on operative, patient exams, nitrous charges, OR cases and 15% on hygiene collections- prophys, fluoride, sealants and radiographs.
Associates are making over $300,000 a year.
