The Peds owner has 8 busy Pediatric dental practices and needs a full or part time Peds associate. All locations have updated technology, full experienced staff and a fun kid friendly environment. The associate will be working in 2 locations that are close to each other, so no commuting is necessary.

Compensation:

Guaranteed base of $1100 per day or more based on experience for the first 6 months. The associate will be paid monthly bonuses based on collections on everything including all restorative, prophies, fluoride treatments, sealants, x-rays, and sedation. Associates are making over $330,000 working 4 days a week. OR cases are done at the practice’s own surgery center for ease of scheduling using an anesthesiologist and RN.
