Beautiful, large 14 treatment chair, private Pediatric dental practice is looking for an energetic and team player associate. This office has all the updated technology to provide the best care to their patients with ease. The large staff is made up of expanded duty assistants that perform coronal polishing, sealants, x-rays and fluoride treatments. The office uses hygienists so you will not have to do the calculus scaling yourself but can focus on the procedures you were trained to do.

You will be working with other pediatric dentists that will be available to provide support and mentorship. The office is located in a very nice professional office center with a mix of FFS, private insurance and Medicaid base of patients. The practice offers, in-office IV sedation using an anesthesiologist, surgical center for OR cases, providing ease of scheduling and plenty of OR time.

Compensation:

Guaranteed base of $1200 to $1300 per day based on experience for the 1^st six months allowing for credentialing for insurances and OR privileges.

Monthly bonuses include- 35% of collections on EVERYTHING the associate and his/her assistants perform plus patient exams. Hygiene procedures are not included. Associates are making over $350,000 a year seeing 40 to 50 patients a day.
