Well-established, extremely profitable practice with $2.5 million in collections is looking for an energic associate to join their long-time team.  This large, one location, private practice has 6,800sqft with 8 treatment chairs with plenty of room to expand. The practice was totally remodeled with top-of-the-line technology including lasers, intra-oral cameras, digital xray, plumbed in nitrous and sterilizers.  The practice is mostly FFS because the office is NOT in network with any insurance companies and has NO Medicaid. The front office staff files the insurance for the patient, but full fee is due at the time of service. NO insurance right-offs. The practice mainly sees young patients under 7 years of age and gets 45 to 50 New patients a month.  OR cases are done at the nearby hospital on Fridays. The office is filled with TVs, electronic kid games and toys. The full staff includes 4 expanded duty assistants, a hygienist, 3 front desk, and an insurance and patient coordinator. The overhead rate of 48% makes this practice very profitable with only one doctor provider. The associate will see 50 to 60 patients a day, working 4 days a week. The associate will be mentored in the clinical and management aspects of running this amazing practice.

Compensation:

Guaranteed base of $1300 to $1500 per day based on experience or 35% of collections whichever is greater. The 35% includes being paid on EVERYTHING the associate does, the expanded duty assistants and hygienist procedures as well. The associate will make over $370,000 their first year and $600,000 with experience.
