Job Description

This is a wonderful opportunity for a Peds dentist who enjoys living in a small college town but is only a short drive to two large cities. This opportunity offers a wonderful compensation package where the associate will be able to make a great income.

The practice focuses on prevention and uses dental hygienists and EFDA assistants so the associate will NOT be scaling teeth but will be focusing on restorative and going to the OR two times a month. The associate will be seeing between 35 to 40 patients a day which includes patient exams. The practice is mainly Medicaid (80%) and insurance base of patients.

Compensation
Guaranteed daily base of $1000 to $1200 based on experience or 35% of collections on everything including hygiene production.
40% of collections for all OR cases. Associates are making over $350,000 a year in income.
