Michigan Associate to Partnership Opportunity
Well established and respected, 3 location,  privately owned Pediatric Dentist needs an associate to join the busy and growing practice. The full-time (4 days/week)associate will be joining a fun and caring office team that has become the practice to “go to” to receive high-quality care attracting patients from several outlining counties.

This state-of-the-art practice is paperless, digital x-ray and provides comprehensive pediatric dental services, aesthetic dentistry, and in-office IV sedation using an anesthesiologist. The fun, friendly environment and caring staff provide patients and parents an experience where they enjoy coming to the office. The practice is fee for service and insurance base of patients with 30% Medicaid. This opportunity will provide an associate with a long-lasting profitable future.

Compensation

Guaranteed base of $1350 per day or 40% of collections for all restorative, sedation, patient exams, nitrous charges, OR cases and x-rays. Associates are making over $400,000.

Benefits
Paid malpractice, health insurance and $1500 towards CE, 401 K Plan and partnership if desired.
