A private practice Pediatric Dental office with two locations needs a full-time associate to join a fun, growing and family-centered team. This state-of-the-art practice is paperless with digital x-rays and brand new equipment and provides comprehensive pediatric dental services including in-office IV sedation with a pediatric anesthesiologist.

The practice’s patient base is comprised of PPO insurance or fee for service patients. The associate will be practicing out of both locations seeing 50 to 60 patients a day working a 4 day week (closed on Fridays).

Compensation:

Guaranteed base of $1000 to $1200 (based on experience) plus monthly bonuses of 31% to 33% of collections (based on experience) on everything including hygiene production. Associate can expect to make over $300,000 a year.
