Compensation:
The guaranteed base is based on experience. New graduates will receive a guaranteed base of $1200 per day while the experienced candidate will be paid $1300 per day or 30% of collections on everything including hygiene production. Associates can easily make over $300,000 working 4 days a week, seeing 40 patients a day including patient exams. The patient base has about 60% Medicaid and 40% insurance. The Medicaid reimbursement in MA is much better than a lot of other states. GA cases are done 2 times a month with in-office IV sedation using an anesthesiologist.
