Well established, over 45 years, 2 location Pediatric Dental practice is looking for an empathetic and eager Peds associate to join their team. The senior Peds dentist would like to retire so the new associate will have more than enough patients for a busy day. From day one, the associate will have a full schedule of in-office IV sedation, OR patients and office days filled with patients. The highly trained staff will be at your side to support your desired workload.

The practice patient base is private insurance, Medicaid and FFS.  Both locations are equipped with the latest technology to provide the best pediatric dental care.

Compensation:

Guaranteed base of $1250 per day for new graduate and $1350 for experienced associate or 35% of collections including restorative, IV sedation, OR cases, nitrous, patient exams, x-rays, prophies and sealants done by assistants; whichever is greater. Associates are making over $300,000.
