The Pediatric dental practice is well-established, has a great reputation in the community and is very busy. The last, long-term associate made over $500,000 seeing 50 to 70 patients a day with the help of expanded duty assistants and 2 full time dental hygienists. The practice is NHSC certified so the associate will receive college loan debt reimbursement if he/she works full time in the practice. The practice has a mix of Medicaid (70-80%), private insurance and FFS base of patients. The practice has all the latest in technology, paperless, digital x-ray, soft tissue lasers for frenectomies and in-office IV sedation once a week using an anesthesiologist.

Compensation:

Guaranteed base of $1500 to $1800 per day or 32% of collections, whichever is greater.  The 32% includes being compensated on ALL procedures done in the office- restorative, sedation, patient exams, prophies, sealants, x-rays, Fluoride treatments and GA cases.
