Well established three location Pediatric Dental Practice needs a full-time associate to join their team. Each busy location has its own theme with cutting edge technology and a highly skilled and long-term staff that will help you through your day.  The practice offers laser dentistry for tongue and lip releases as well as for cutting preps using the Solea, LightWalker and LightScalper lasers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Peds dentist who is looking for a stable and rewarding long-term career who would like to join a team that provides compassionate care for their patients.

The patient base is a mix of insurance, FFS and Medicaid. The associate will see anywhere from 30 to 50 patients a day including patient exams. The office also offers in-office IV sedation using an anesthesiologist one day a week and oral conscious sedation. OR cases are done at the nearby hospital where the associate can get hospital privileges.  The 3 locations are conveniently located for ease of travel.

Compensation:

Guaranteed base of $1000 a day or more based on experience or 27% of daily PRODUCTION whichever is greater. This also include hygiene production. Associates are making $300,000 a year working 4 days a week.
