This well-established Pediatric dental practice is looking for an energic Pediatric dentist to join their fun and well-trained team that is dedicated to making all their patients feel right at home.  The practice reviews are 5-star because all staff members are courteous, patient and incredibly competent at what they do. The office offers updated technology using plumbed in nitrous, paperless, digital x-ray and intra-oral cameras and offers full scope of services and sedation. This is a very busy practice receiving 80 to 100 new patients a month. The associate will be seeing 40 to 50 patients a day 3 days a week and 4 to 6 patients in the outpatient surgical center staffed with a full-time anesthesiologist and surgical RN. The base of patients is a mix of FFS, private insurance and Medicaid.

Compensation:

Guaranteed base of $1200 per day with monthly bonuses based on collections on EVERYTHING including Hygiene production. Highly productive and motivated associates are making over $350,000 a year. Associates in the past have enjoyed working in the practice because of the support and team approach from staff.
