Beautiful, new state-of-the-art Pediatric and Ortho dental practice is looking for a full-time (4 or 5 days a week) Associate to join the very busy and growing practice. The new cutting-edge facility has floor to ceiling windows, 16 treatment chairs, Solea laser dentistry and expanded duty hygienists and assistants to make for a productive day. The practice offers in-office GA using one of the best anesthesia groups in the region one day a week. The practice has a mix of FFS, insurance and Medicaid and is receiving 80 to 90 new patients a month.

Compensation:

Guaranteed base of $1200 per day or 33% of collections on everything including hygiene production, whichever is greater. Associates are making over $400,000 a year.
