Beautiful state-of-the-art 6 location Pediatric Dental is looking for an associate to join their team. The offices use the latest technology to provide the best care for their patients. Each location provides digital x-ray, computers at each station, plumbed in nitrous, paperless charting and a happy, talented staff that will make your day productive. The practice creates a warm, caring environment for their young patients with fun games and TV’s creating distractions so that the visit goes by quickly. The patient base is private insurance and FFS with very little Medicaid.  OR cases are done at a nearby hospital.

Compensation:

Guaranteed base of $1200 to $1500 per day depending on experience or 28% of collections on EVERYTHING including hygiene production whichever is greater. The associate will see between 38 and 50 patients a day including patient exams and can make around $300,000 a year. Each doctor works out of one location for continuity care.
