Large and spacious Pediatric Dental office with top-of-the-line technology offering plumbed in nitrous, digital x-ray, and laser dentistry for lip and tongue releases is looking for a Pediatric dentist to join their growing practice. The practice is well established with a full team of experienced hygienists, assistants, and front desk. This high producing practice receives over 150 new patients a month and is known in the area for providing “top notch” care and compassionate dental services in a beautiful facility. The practice has a mix of FFS, insurance and Medicaid base (less than 20%) of patients.

Compensation:

Guaranteed Base of $1200 to $1400 per day based on experience or 35% of collections whichever is greater. The 35% includes all procedures the associate and his/her assistants do. This includes patient exams, nitrous charges, x-rays, laser dentistry, restorative, IV cases complete in office and OR cases done at the local hospitals. An Associate can make over $360,000 a year working 4 days a week and 4 weeks of vacation time.
