This spacious and well established Peds practice has more patients than they can treat receiving over 100 new patients a month. The practice offers the latest in technology- digital, paperless, plumbed in nitrous, oral sedation, in-office General Anesthesia and a highly trained and experienced staff to help make you successful.

The associate will receive mentorship to help them improve speed and quality techniques through coaching and monthly free CE courses. You will learn how to better manage patients’ behavioral issues, increase your skill level so that your days are more productive allowing you to take better care of patients and increase your confidence. The patient base is a mix of private insurance, Medicaid and FFS.

Compensation:

Includes guaranteed base of $1200 to $1400 based on experience.
Associates are making over $400,000.
