Fun themed Pediatric and orthodontic private practice in a beautiful brand new facility, is looking for an energic associate to join their team. The large office has 15 treatment chairs, plumbed in nitrous, and uses the most current high-tech equipment and practice including iTero 3D scanner and sprintray 3D printer. The staff are skilled and trained in techniques that will help the hesitant child be calm and feel more comfortable during their procedures.  The fun office provides entertainment and a huge collection of Children’s movies playing on flat screen TVs in the ceiling to distract them during procedures. The practice serves as an integral part of the community by actively supporting many charitable organizations and schools throughout the city. This is a well-established practice serving the community for over 12 years and receives a 5 star recommendation from patients and parents. The practice has a mix of 5% FFS, 60% private insurance and 35% Medicaid base of patients.

Compensation:

Guaranteed base of $1200 to $1300 per day depending on experience or 35% of Collections whichever is greater. The 35% includes being paid for everything the associate does and the assistants he/she over sees. This will include- all restorative, prophies, patient exams, nitrous charges, sealants, fluoride treatments, x-rays and OR cases.  Past associates have made over $350,000 a year seeing 40 to 50 patients a day, working four days a week. OR cases are done at a nearby surgical center 1 to 2 days a month.
