The private practice office is looking for an energetic associate to join this modern Pediatric dental office.  The devoted and highly trained staff are great at calming the fears of the young patients by slowly introducing them to the dental experience. This highly rated practice is known in the area for providing excellent care and for their active involvement in the community.  The practice has all the latest in technology and has a mix of FFS, private insurance and Medicaid base of patients in the office.

Compensation:

Guaranteed base of $1200 per day with monthly bonuses based on collections on EVERYTHING including Hygiene production.  Highly productive and motivated associates are making over $350,000 a year working a 4-day work week and seeing 40 to 50 patients a day.

OR cases are performed weekly at a nearby surgical center that offers plenty of time for ease of scheduling. The surgical center offers a full-time anesthesiologist and registered OR nurse providing the safest environment.
