The patient base is mainly private insurance and fee-for-service with a wonderful team of highly trained staff. The senior Peds doctor would like to slow down and work part time. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate because mentoring is available or the experienced Peds dentist who would like to work in a high-end practice with a highly trained staff.  The office has all updated technology, digital, paperless and floor-to-ceiling windows allow for a bright and cheerful child-friendly atmosphere. Compensation

$240,000 guaranteed base salary or 40% of collections on all operative, patient exams, sedation and OR cases, whichever is greater. Also, 15% of collections of all hygiene production is included. The associate will make over $350,000 a year working a 4-day work week of Monday through Thursday schedule.
